Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made 7 days in advance of your tour are fully refundable, including the processing fee.

Cancellation Fee: A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of your tour.

Inclement Weather: In the event of a same-day cancellation due to inclement weather, rest assured you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a credit. Please note that weather-related cancellations are solely determined by Palapa Tours.

Trip Protection

Trip Protection is available for purchase during check-out.

With Trip Protection, you can cancel or reschedule your Palapa Experience for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the tour's start.

Additionally, Trip Protection safeguards you in case of same-day inclement weather, offering reimbursement for the full ticket/charter amount, less the cost of Trip Protection and processing fees.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time to check-in.

Is there a bar onboard?
Yes! We are a fully licensed bar, offering a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

How do I pay for drinks?
All purchases onboard are cashless—we accept credit and debit cards.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food. We also have snacks available for purchase onboard.

What should I bring?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, and a hat for sun protection. Depending on the weather, a light jacket, long-sleeved shirt, or cover-up may be useful.

Are children allowed?
Yes, children under 12 are welcome but must wear a lifejacket at all times. Each child counts as a passenger toward the boat’s capacity.

Each boat is equipped with 12 bar seats, a TV, a Sound System, a fully functioning washroom & on-board WiFi.

There is an 18% auto-grat on each bill.

If the crew goes above and beyond, show them with additional gratuity!
